Luke has put my new fahancee gold 3 ring circus septum ring by Honeycomb Organics. I love it!
Will put a picture up tomorrow when my face isn’t covered in coconut oil!
It’s been a while since I posted some food so thought I’d post my breakfast and lunch that I took to work today.
The jar is my breakfast and is banana and peach
The bottle is banana, celery and pear
Bot were lush and filled me up like a good un!
Insanity!
So me and Lukeface have started Insanity again after finishing 30 day shred. I did the fitness test today and I have to say my fitness level seems a lot better than last time I tried it.
I love working out and it’s really fun doing different things. I am a member of the local gym, but I’m enjoying working out at home and really pushing myself.
I’m going to try and stick to Insanity as well as running home from work a couple of times a week and climbing 2-3 times a week. Will see how that goes. If I start to feel run down I’ll make sure I rest.
I can’t believe how far I’ve come since giving up drinking and smoking. The old me would never have believed I could be so happy, fit and healthy and I intend to improve and keep improving as long as I’m enjoying myself.
I’m also hoping to get my eating more on track, less junk food and more 811 friendly meals.
*oops I meant to put my fitness test scores on here so I can keep a track!

A few more pictures of our walk today. Even though the weather wasn’t great, the area still looked beautiful!
Our last day in Shieldaig today so we went to the beach
I climbed some stuff yesterday and it was really fun!
Last day of my holiday and I get my period. Stupid horrible pain.
In true me style I’m not prepared at all and my mooncup and medication is back in Leeds.
I guess I shall have to use conventional stuff until I get back.
No idea why I’m sharing this but hey, it’s too late now!
A few pics from today’s bouldering trip to torrendon in the Highlands. So much good bouldering!!
Ran 3 miles this morning, including scrambling up and down things and through some bogs. So much fun and surrounded by amazing natural beauty. Then we were taken bouldering in Torrendon. We climbed lots of stuff and I only fell off a handful of times. I’m now covered in scrapes and scabs and bruises. Loads of fun and reckon I’ll definitely sleep tonight!
A few pictures from this morning’s run in Shieldaig
