Productive morning- have completed level 2 of 30 day shred, just finishing up my smoothie and now on my way to do some bouldering at The Depot. I’m hoping the weather holds out so I can go exploring this afternoon!
Giant mango breakfast! Can you tell I’m super happy that mangos are in season right now? We have been able to get a whole box for £4 so have been buying boxes upon boxes!
1/2 an avocado
So I upped my weights for 30 day shred today and was lifting a total of 10Kg for the strength sections. Might not sound like much to you, but it’s a lot for me!
My muscles are coming along nicely, though you can’t tell from the picture as I’ve still got fat to get rid of in that area, but basically most of my arm is solid when I tense now!
Really loving being back on track with my exercise, I just wish I had time to do loads of different stuff, but I don’t at the moment. Got my climbing 2 or 3 times a week at the moment which is so much fun!
Anyways, my after workout smoothie is this…
- 5 bananas
- 2 apples
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/2 little gem lettuce
- 1/2 cup spinach
Luuuuuuunch! So hungry after climbing, so before I go and wash all the food I bought today I needed to get something in my tummy.

This is so tasty, I don’t know why I’ve not had it before (Other than the fact Luke tends to eat the kiwis before I get a look in!)

This is a really simple recipe, but it’s so blooming tasty!

- a generous sprinkle of cinnamon
