Excuse the stupid pose, but this is me on day 2 of Insanity. I’m achey, sweaty and tired and am off bouldering in 1 hour. This is going to be hard work!
For now I’m going to rest and drink my post workout smoothie. I’m loving banana and raw carob at the moment.

The weather is absolutely beautiful today so we decided to take the scenic route and walk to the big supermarket a few miles away.
We walked through Gotts Park and then down the Leeds Liverpool canal.
We even made our own lemon water to drink on the journey!
Before and after my workout and the delicious banana and raw carob smoothie I’m now happily shoving in my face!
So pleased with today already. The sun is out, so I finished my workout and then went outside in our small garden to enjoy my banana, nectarine, passion fruit and sprouted linseed smoothie.
I’ve missed the sunshine!
